Mr. Rajendra Ramrao Kendre (President & CEO) , 54, is a Civil Engineer. Graduated from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University Aurangabad studied at Govt. Engineering College Aurangabad from 1982- 1986.

He has long experience of 33yrs in construction industry in India & Abroad.

He worked in housing projects, mass housing projects, High rise buildings ,airports, Railways , Bridges, National highways in different fields. The highest position handled is vice president.

He has worked with Government authorities like MHADA, CIDCO, MMRDA, MSRDC, NHAI, and AAI {AIRFORCE AUTHORITY OF INDIA NORTH EASTERN COMMAND} in India.

He worked in UAE with RAKFZC, DIP, and SILICON OASIS.in Afghanistan with Azizi group thewell-known business group Azizi investments in Dubai & Kabul. In India he has worked with Agrawal Reality, Chawla builders & developers, National builders, Soham group, Unity Infra projects Ltd, R L Dalal & company. He has worked with consulting firms Satyavani Projects & Consultant Private Limited Khairatabad, Abroad Construction of High Rise Buildings, Pre Engineered Structures, Padeco India Private Limited.

Mrs. Anita Rajendra Kendre
Mrs Anita rajendra kendre is well discipline and Down to earth person. Her basic education is she has completed her diploma in civil engineering from government polytechnic college, jintur in 1989, and also she is interior designer and a good administrator in economic and financial matter.

She is assisting Mr. Rajendra kendre in his banking and financial works. she is kind hearted person and down to earth. she take care of rajendra kendre also his relative and their children in best possible way also she help him with their business in financial and banking matter that is assist to her. She knows financial value of their family as well as business, that is the reason she handle both the responsibility very well.

Mr. Gaurav Rajendra Kendre
Gaurav kendre is a well discipline person & also technical person in his company works.

He has completed his civil Engineering in 2017 also he has several work experience more than 2yrs in the same engineering field.

Gaurav is working in Tata Engineering Consultancy Service (TECL) as project engineer since 1 year.

In his company he help Mr. Rajendra Kendre with marketing & operation & logistic works. He is kind hearted person and down to Earth.

Ms. Rutuja Rajendra Kendre
Rutuja Rajendra Kendre is MTech in water management (2022) and BE in Civil Engineering (2020) from Mumbai University. Also she has completed her DCE in 2017.

She is well discipline in all her work in human resource and office management of company.

She also assist her brother gaurav in the marketing work of company and revenue generation for business expansion.
