We at Mahacorporation is keen to give employment to all by setting up different industries and making available of employment in our company by helping people to get job to all deserving people.

Employment to All (ETA) is a global movement led by Paramam Group , aiming to meet the Employment needs of youth and adults.

Employment to All is started with the goal in mind that all youth and adults would receive Employment after completion of their Professional education. Today Employment for youth is major concern, not all receive such Employment as they need or want, therefore this goal was put in place to help those youth and adults.

Paramam Group to lead the movement and coordinate the national & international companies , Governments, development agencies, civil society, non-government organizations and the media in efforts to reach Employment for All. These organizations will be working hand in hand towards reaching these goals.

Our goals also contribute to the global pursuit of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), especially on Employment for fresh graduates based on gender equality.

The Fast Track Initiative (now called Global Partnership for Employment) is set up to implement the Employment to All movement, aiming at “accelerating progress towards quality universal Employment”.
